ABS

It is a coopolymer styrene. Suitable for prototypes and thermoforming applications.

 

PP

A partially crystalline thermoplastics with high stiffness and very good chemical resistance. PP has a very low density compared to other plastics and is therefore an excellent insulator, PP is not suitable for sliding applications due to its wear rate.

APPLICATIONS: pump parts, fittings, valve bodies, punching plates, construction parts in chemical equipment.
Colours. Natural (white), grey (RAL 7032).

PVC

An amorphous thermoplastic without plasticizer additives. PVC has high hardness and stiffness and can be welded and glued to form complex components.

APPLICATIONS: pump parts, fixtures, valve bodies, conveyor stars, construction parts in chemical equipment.
Colours: black, red, white, grey (RAL 70119), transparent.

PET

A partially crystalline thermoplastic with high hardness, stiffness and mechanical strength as well as good creep resistance. PET has very good sliding properties and shows very little wear. Because of its good dimensional stability , it is also suitable for parts with tight dimensional tolerance requirements.

APPLICATIONS: precision bushings, switching wheel, cams, counting mechanisms, insulators.
Colours: natural (white), black.

POM

A high crystalline thermoplastic with good mechanical strength and stiffness as well as good sliding properties and wear resistance. Additional good properties are good dimensional stability and fatigue resistance.

APPLICATIONS: gears, bearings/bushings, wear strips and plates, housings, counting mechanism parts.
Colours: natural (white), black
